Returns Policy
At Royal Fragrances, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, we offer returns subject to the following conditions:
Return Eligibility
* Returns must be requested within 14 days of the original purchase date.
* Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.
* For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we are unable to accept returns of products that have been opened, used, damaged, or are not in their original condition.
* Sale, clearance, promotional, and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
Sale Periods
* Please note that items purchased during promotional sale events are offered at a reduced promotional price.
* Items purchased during these sale periods are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds due to change of mind.
International Orders – No Returns
* We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders, including change of mind returns or under the Perfume Guarantee program.
* This applies to all orders shipped outside of Australia.
* We recommend carefully reviewing all product details before completing your purchase.
Online Orders
* Online orders must be returned via post at the customer’s expense.
* Before sending your return, please contact us at royalfragrancesau@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return so we can provide return instructions.
* We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Royal Fragrances is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
* Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
* Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
* Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us at royalfragrancesau@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Products that are faulty, not as described, or fail to meet consumer guarantees may be eligible for a repair, replacement, or refund.
Royal Fragrances reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
