Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM may begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated transit time is 1 to 3 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, public holidays, peak periods, weather conditions, customs clearance, service disruptions, or circumstances outside our control.

Orders under $150: $10 shipping fee
Orders over $150: Free shipping

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details where available.

Incorrect Delivery Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. Royal Fragrances is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost parcels, or additional charges caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated delivery information provided by the customer.

Delivery Delays, Lost or Damaged Parcels

Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery times and handling are managed by the courier service. If a parcel is delayed, lost, damaged, or affected during transit, Royal Fragrances will assist where possible with courier enquiries or investigations, but we are not responsible for courier delays, third-party service failures, or events outside our reasonable control.
